Making paper flowers for my pages, sometimes does my head in and very rarely turn out how I would like them. Today I am posting a great video on making a paper flower, using only a punch and some scrapbooking materials to make a beautiful flower which would be great for any scrapbook layout. I hope you enjoy watching this video.

Family
Hi Everyone,
Sometime ago I completed two Family History Albums, and one of the photos I loved the most was one of my Grandmother and her Brother. Today I am featuring a Vintage Style Layout incorporating this photo. All paper flower are handmade, using a die. I had sat there for hours one day making these flowers and left them in my scrap room to dry. Sometime in the early hours of the morning I woke up and thought I didn't cover the flowers up, oh the cats won't touch them. When I went into my room in the morning three flowers were gone, I have a sneaking suspicion who the culprit was, and I am sure she ate three flowers. This was a lesson learnt always cover my scrap table up before going to bed.
All products used in this layout are from the Kaszazz Range of Products.
I hope you enjoy looking at my page.

Hi Everyone,
Today I thought I would post a video on a scrapbooking mixed media page - Together by Gabriele Pollacco. For the adventurous ladies out there this page is lovely. Thought some of you talented ladies might like to give it a try. Also I am posting Gabriele's recipe for her homemade Texture Paste which I have made and tried and is sooo good and economical. It sets with a lovely finish. It is very good on writing stensils comes out lovely.
1/4 cup Talcum Powder
(Used Johnson's Baby Powder to make it smell good too)
1 tablespoon White All purpose School Glue
1 tablespoon White Craft Paint
Some Water
Instructions: Combine talcum powder, glue, white paint with disposable chopsticks (or plastic spoon) in an airtight container, adding water to get it to the consistency you are looking for. You want a nice thick texture much like toothpaste. The mixture will keep perfectly for many months
Email me and let me know if anyone scraps this most beautiful page.
